I process all personal data for purposes related to current cooperation, maintaining mutual relations or the desire to establish cooperation in the future.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is:
taking steps to conclude a contract, concluded contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) - in a situation where we have established cooperation in the field of placed orders, the processing of your data is necessary to conclude the contract, its implementation, performance and mutual settlements ,
an obligation expressed in a legal provision (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) - in a situation where the provisions of (in particular) tax law impose on the Administrator the obligation to store information for evidentiary purposes, e.g. in the case of issued settlement documents;
legally justified interest we pursue (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) - when we terminate cooperation, we will continue to store certain information in order to possibly determine, pursue or defend against claims and for archival (evidential) purposes in the event of a legal the need to demonstrate facts.
Your data may be processed on our behalf by entities cooperating with us, including: by entities maintaining our IT systems and our contractors involved
in the execution of orders, entities providing postal, courier, accounting or legal services. In addition, your personal data may be made available to institutions authorized under generally applicable law, e.g. in the event of an inspection by the Tax Office in the field of
the extent to which they will be controlled.
I do not plan to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes listed in point. 2:
in relation to the conclusion and implementation of the contract, determining, pursuing or defending against claims - until its implementation is completed, and after that time for the period required by law or to secure any claims (i.e. the longest possible limitation period for claims arising from this contract) ;
in relation to data processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations - for a period of time,
in which the regulations require the Administrator to store data;
in relation to internal administrative purposes, for archival purposes - until the legitimate interests of the Administrator constituting the basis for data processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data;
the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data;
the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten) - if generally applicable provisions allow it;
the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data;
the right to transfer data;
the right to object to data processing.
In situations where data processing is based on your consent to data processing, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn.
If you become aware of unlawful processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

To the extent that your personal data is processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing a contract
with the Administrator, providing your data is a condition for concluding this contract. Providing data is voluntary, but if you do not provide it, the conclusion and implementation of the contract will be impossible or much more difficult.
